5 Day Overnight Oats Prep

Ingredients:

Base per jar (Multiply x 5 for Batch Prep)

½ cup organic rolled oats

¾ cup unsweetened non-dairy milk

1 tablespoon of each- chia seeds, hemp seeds, ground up flax seeds

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Banana slices

1/4 cup organic berries of your choice

Optional: 1 Tbsp. of maple syrup, 2 dates, or 1/4 cup raisins

Optional: 2 Tbsp chopped walnuts, peanut butter or almond butter

Instructions:

Before going to bed, add all ingredients into a mason jar.  Seel tightly and enjoy in the morning.
